We are seeking a highly experienced Creative Director to lead our entire in-house creative department for a major toy and entertainment company. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to shape the creative vision across a global portfolio of beloved brands, driving innovative campaigns that captivate audiences worldwide. This position is intensely creative, requiring a blend of strategic foresight, artistic mastery, and strong leadership to guide our brand storytelling.

Overall Summary: The Creative Director will be the ultimate creative authority, responsible for setting the overall creative vision, strategy, and standards for all marketing, advertising, and brand-related initiatives. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of Art Directors, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and Content Creators.
