Help The Persecuted is an international ministry with a mission to Rescue, Restore, and Rebuild the lives of Persecuted Christians living in places hostile to the Gospel. Indigenous Field Ministry Team members, located in many countries, enable the ministry to address the practical and spiritual needs of persecuted believers, and to share the Gospel with others. The ministry's vision is to see the persecuted Church endure, flourish, and multiply in hostile places.
Job Description
The Creative Producer is responsible for end-to-end production of all HTP visual and audio content, from capturing studio and field footage to final editing and podcast production. In this role, you will maintain high-quality creative standards across all marketing campaigns, donor communications, and events by executing video, audio, and graphic design work that aligns with brand standards.
Key responsibilities of the Creative Producer include but are not limited to:
  • Plan, set up, and shoot high-quality video in studio and on location, managing lighting and sound and troubleshooting any audio and video issues in real time
  • Edit footage into polished pieces for campaigns, social media, events, and donor communications
  • Record, edit, and produce professional podcast episodes and other audio content, managing audio quality, lighting, and technical troubleshooting so the on air talent can focus solely on content
  • Produce and adapt graphic design assets for print and digital formats using established templates
  • Support occasional website content updates related to creative assets, campaigns, events, and donor communications
  • Manage the full creative workflow from pre-production through final export and delivery
  • Maintain the creative software stack, media storage, file naming conventions, and asset libraries for video, audio, photography, and design
  • Maintain visual consistency and quality control across all output, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with field teams to gather content, and coordinate timelines with project managers and vendors
  • Assist in the procurement and management of creative resources, including budget tracking for production projects and coordination with external vendors or contractors
  • Work alongside the Project Manager to communicate production status and timelines to stakeholders

Qualifications
Applicants should be prepared to provide a portfolio or work samples that demonstrate video production, editing, audio production, and design execution. Additionally, the following qualifications must be met:
  • Affirms and aligns with Help The Persecuted's Statement of Faith
  • 3-5 years of experience in video production, with editing as a core strength
  • Proficiency with professional video and audio equipment and editing software like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Audition
  • Experience producing and editing podcast or long-form audio content
  • Working graphic design skills, with the ability to execute from templates (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or comparable tools)
  • Experience managing media storage, asset libraries, and creative file workflows
  • Strong creative eye and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadline
  • Willingness to learn and adopt emerging technologies, including AI assisted video and audio tools, in ways that remain authentic and do not misrepresent the people or stories being told
  • Familiarity with brand systems and asset management

Preferred Experience
  • Strong graphic design background beyond template work
  • Experience capturing stories in the field or in sensitive environments while protecting the dignity, safety, and privacy of those being represented
  • Motion graphics and animation experience
  • Experience in nonprofit or faith-based environments

Work Environment
  • This is a hybrid role based in Marietta, GA
  • Team members are expected to work in the office 3 days per week
  • Up to 2 days per week may be worked remotely
  • Occasional travel may be required for field or event capture
