  • Lead, mentor, and grow creative teams, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity, and continuous improvement

  • Champion creative integrity throughout production, ensuring the vision is protected from concept through final delivery

  • Stay deeply connected to culture and emerging platforms, bringing forward-thinking, relevant ideas to every engagement

What You'll Bring
  • 8-12+ years of agency experience with a portfolio demonstrating award-worthy, social-first, campaign-driven work

  • Proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale, integrated campaigns rooted in strong conceptual thinking

  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with experience building and developing high-performing creative teams

  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and selling bold ideas with clarity and conviction

  • Strong production knowledge, with the ability to bring ambitious ideas to life at the highest level
