Job description

Marketing Manager (Growth, Brand & Creative)

Campaign Strategy | Paid Ads | Email/SMS | Web & Creative Direction

Location: Pullman, WAPosition: Full-time

Cherie Amour is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, campaign execution, and overall marketing performance.

This is not a coordinator or social media-only role. You will own marketing outcomes-building and executing campaigns across paid ads, email/SMS, web, and content, while ensuring everything is visually elevated, on-brand, and conversion-focused.

We are looking for someone who can think strategically, execute creatively, and drive measurable results.

What You'll Own

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, paid ads, social, and web.
  • Build and manage structured promotional calendars aligned with revenue goals and key business initiatives.
  • Own campaigns end-to-end: concept, execution, performance tracking, and optimization.

Paid Media & Growth

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, or similar platforms).
  • Allocate budgets, test creative and audiences, and improve performance over time.
  • Drive measurable growth in leads, bookings, and revenue.

Creative Direction, Copy & Design

  • Write clear, compelling, on-brand copy for email campaigns, ads, landing pages, and web content.
  • Create or oversee visually cohesive marketing assets with a strong attention to design and detail.
  • Ensure all marketing outputs-emails, landing pages, ads, and digital content-are polished, elevated, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Execute within tools like Canva or Adobe when needed to bring campaigns to life.

Email, SMS & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Own email and SMS strategy, including segmentation, automation, and campaign planning.
  • Build and optimize flows, promotions, and retention efforts.
  • Continuously improve engagement, conversion, and client lifetime value.

Website & Conversion Optimization

  • Manage and improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Develop landing pages and funnels that drive bookings and sales.
  • Identify friction points and implement improvements based on data.

Analytics & Competitive Analysis

  • Track and analyze performance across all marketing channels.
  • Use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve results.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and strengthen positioning.
This Role Is a Strong Fit If You
  • Have experience owning marketing performance, not just executing tasks.
  • Are confident managing campaigns, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
  • Have a strong eye for design and can identify what feels elevated, cohesive, and on-brand.
  • Are comfortable writing copy that is both engaging and conversion-focused.
  • Understand how paid ads, email/SMS, web, and content work together.
  • Are proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or campaign management.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, or similar).
  • Strong copywriting skills across email, web, and ad creative.
  • Demonstrated ability to create or direct high-quality, visually cohesive marketing assets.
  • Experience with email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo preferred).
  • Experience with website management, landing pages, or conversion optimization (WordPress preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action.
  • Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Experience
  • Background in branding, creative direction, or content strategy.
  • Experience in a direct-to-consumer, service-based, or luxury brand environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary (based on experience)
  • Performance-based bonuses tied to marketing results
  • Medical, dental, vision, life, LTD, and 401(k)
  • Paid vacation and sick leave
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Opportunity to take ownership of marketing in a growing company
