Are you a creative problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of sales and marketing? Do you want to be in the room where it happens-participating in client calls, crafting winning proposals, and bringing ideas to life through compelling content and design?
The Sales and Marketing Coordinator bridges strategy and execution, supporting business development and marketing initiatives that drive Stamats' growth. You'll be the vital link between client conversations and compelling sales materials, transforming insights from discovery calls into persuasive proposals while creating the marketing content that keeps our pipeline full and our brand visible.
This role requires initiative, creative writing skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment. You'll manage sales pipelines, write proposals, develop case studies, design marketing materials, and contribute to campaigns-all while learning the ins and outs of digital marketing strategy from experienced professionals who are invested in your growth.
Sales Support & Business Development:
  • Prepare, write, and design proposals and RFP responses in collaboration with sales and subject matter experts, taking ownership from initial client conversation to final delivery
  • Manage sales pipeline tracking and documentation, ensuring opportunities are properly logged, followed up, and moved through the sales process efficiently
  • Create compelling case studies that highlight client success stories, results, and ROI, conducting interviews and gathering data as needed
  • Conduct research on prospects, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform proposal strategy and positioning
  • Test and quality-check all deliverables before client presentation, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency

Marketing Coordination & Execution:
  • Coordinate event logistics for webinars, trade shows, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts align with branding, sales goals, and client needs
  • Maintain and update marketing calendars, managing deadlines and milestones across multiple concurrent projects
  • Monitor industry news, digital marketing trends, and best practices to inform marketing and sales strategies, sharing insights with the team
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to the marketing and sales teams, including scheduling meetings, managing assets, and maintaining organized marketing and sales files

Creative & Design:
  • Design aesthetically pleasing, original graphics, images, and marketing collateral using Canva and other design tools that meet accessibility standards and align with the Stamats brand
  • Leverage AI tools for content creation, creative writing, and design efficiency, staying current with emerging technologies that enhance productivity
  • Support basic design and content needs for social media platforms, ensuring visual storytelling that engages audiences
  • Become an expert on the Stamats brand, tone, voice, and visual identity, applying this knowledge consistently across all deliverables

Client Support:
  • Migrate client content as time is available/needed to meet client deadlines

Requirements
  • Two- or four-year degree is ideal
  • Provide at least three examples of design and writing work
  • Strong creative writing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and persuasive proposals
  • Initiative and self-motivation, ability to take ownership of putting together a draft proposal from client conversation
  • Strong visual eye and ability to create visual layouts
  • Advanced Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Actively using AI to create efficiency in your work
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred, but we prioritize attitude and aptitude over years-recent graduates with a strong work ethic, creative portfolio, and hunger to learn are welcome
