Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Creative (Associate Creative Director) leads the development of innovative visual identities across our private brands portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the customer experience. This role oversees brand identity projects, provides direction & feedback to creative teams, and collaborates with internal and external partners to produce high-quality creative toolkits (for packaging, digital channels & more). The Senior Manager (ACD) also mentors team members, models a commitment to creative excellence, and fosters continuous improvement to enhance overall brand impact and business results

  • Creative Leadership: Lead the development and evolution of large-scale omnichannel brand systems across packaging, retail, digital and campaign touchpoints to align with strategic business objectives.
