The quality ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certified technicians at Hancock's Automotive employ today's latest automotive technology and are equipped to handle all major and minor repairs on foreign and domestic vehicles.

Automotive shop looking for the right full time, experienced and responsible person that can handle interaction with customers and mechanics.

Qualifications

  • Person would be responsible for meeting customers as they enter to discuss requirements needed for vehicle.
  •  Responsible for creating repair orders for work being done to customer's vehicle along with being able to do quick estimates for customers at the front counter.
  •  Other duties include answering all phone calls in a polite manner, maintaining a clean work environment and contacting customers on work already completed and maintenance coming up in the future.
