A Day In The Life

A typical day as a Via313 dough prep team member consists of making sauces, shredding cheeses, andmost importantly, mixing & pressing dough! This is all done in the smallkitchen at our restaurant. As we are such a small group (3-5 people), you willwear more than one hat throughout your shift. You will create pizzas with easeon top of being an integral part of this family environment. You'll also haveplenty of opportunities for growth if you're up for it!

Who We Are

No one would have peggedthe two brothers from a hard-working, blue-collar area of Detroit forrestaurant owners, but that's exactly what they are. The pizza at Via 313 isinspired by traditional Detroit-Style pies (Cloverleaf, Buddy's, Loui's,Niki's) and the best traditional pizzas in the region.
