Our campus is located at 1601 Maple Street, Carrollton, GA 30118.
Faculty and staff members are expected to be physically present on campus as needed to support the in-person educational experience and on-campus vitality at the University of West Georgia. Depending upon teaching assignments and student demand, this could include the Carrollton or Newnan campuses.
Job Summary
The Director of eCampus Creative Services provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for marketing, brand, and public relations initiatives that drive enrollment growth and strengthen program visibility across USG eCampus. The role leads the development of strategic communication and messaging frameworks that ensure consistent, compelling positioning of eCampus programs across external channels. The Director also oversees project management for creative services and marketing initiatives, coordinating priorities, timelines, and production to ensure efficient delivery of high-impact campaigns and materials. This role partners closely with leadership across eCore, eMajor, and other partners to build cohesive marketing strategies that attract new students and support program expansion, with a focus on external audiences, measurable outcomes, and scalable, data-informed marketing practices.
Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership & Brand Development- Lead development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that support eCampus growth goals and align with institutional priorities. Drive brand consistency and messaging across all programs, including affiliate, dual enrollment, and eMajor degree pathways. Build and maintain strong public relations and brand reputation strategy to increase awareness and credibility across Georgia and beyond. Work with affiliates to convert institutional priorities into marketing plans with measurable outcomes. Present marketing strategies, progress, and performance updates to leadership and key stakeholders. Ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with the eCampus mission and positioned for scalability and long-term growth.

Marketing Operations, Creative Direction & Production-Oversee development and execution of print, multimedia, video and digital marketing assets that support institutional priorities and engagement goals. Serve as project manager for creative services initiatives, coordinating requests, prioritizing projects, and managing timelines from concept through completion. Manage internal workflows, production schedules, and quality control to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality marketing materials. Ensure marketing content is optimized for digital channels, conversion, and student experience.

Analytics, Performance Measurement & ROI Build and maintain performance dashboards and metrics to track marketing and recruitment effectiveness. Analyze campaign performance and conversion data to inform continuous improvement and optimize ROI. Provide regular reporting to leadership on outcomes, budget efficiency, and strategic recommendations. Use data to drive decision-making and justify investments in marketing initiatives.

Budget Management Compliance & Other Duties Oversee marketing budget, purchasing, and compliance in alignment with UWG and USG policies. Ensure effective use of funds and accurate tracking of expenditures. Maintain transparency and documentation for audits and reporting. Participate in special projects as assigned by the Associate Dean of Business and Finance and the program dean. Student success team member. Other duties as assigned by leadership.
