  • Concept and execute elevated, on-brand creative across digital, social, print, environmental, and experiential channels.

  • Produce high-quality design work that tells our brand story with clarity, imagination, and strategic intent.

  • Translate complex challenges into actionable visual ideas and solutions.

  • Present creative concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and external partners.

Brand Stewardship & System Development
  • Maintain and evolve the Perot Museum’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

  • Develop templates, toolkits, and scalable creative systems that improve efficiency and brand coherence.

  • Oversee brand guideline upkeep and ensure adoption across teams and vendors.

Campaign & Project Partnership

  • Work closely across internal teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.

  • Manage day-to-day creative workflow to ensure assets are delivered on time and aligned to objectives.

  • Partner with Operations to ensure creative aligns with logistical, resource, and production realities.

Process, Tools & Vendor Management
  • Improve creative processes, systems, and tools to drive efficiency and quality.

  • Collaboratively manage the work of external creative partners and agencies.

  • Participate in on-set production for photo/video shoots when needed.

Supervisory Responsibilites: No.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign work, brand systems, and visual storytelling.

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite; working knowledge of motion/animation tools preferred.

  • Excellent craft in typography, layout, color, and design fundamentals.

  • Strong communicator who gives and receives feedback constructively.

  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across teams.

  • Experience managing creative processes, vendors, and production workflows.
