  • Shape Credit Karma's voice, tone, and content frameworks to support consistent yet personalized messaging across millions of member interactions.
  • Champion experimentation, using data and member insights to continuously improve creative effectiveness.
  • Lead executive-level reviews and presentations, influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • Oversee external agencies, freelancers, and production resources as needed.
  • Drive measurable outcomes including member engagement, retention, product adoption, and brand affinity.

Qualifications
  • 12+ years in creative leadership within in-house, agency, technology, consumer, or financial services environments.
  • 5+ years leading senior creative talent including Creative Directors, Art Directors, Writers, and Designers.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale owned channel ecosystems: lifecycle marketing, CRM, email, push, content, editorial, and social.
  • Demonstrated success building creative organizations and systems that support high-volume, personalized content production at scale.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking, creative excellence, and measurable business impact.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative and marketing technologies, including generative AI and automation tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in consumer technology, fintech, financial services, subscription, or digital-first businesses.

  • Demonstrated success evaluating and scaling AI-enabled workflows and human-in-the-loop operating models.
  • Strong operational leadership: resource planning, budgeting, organizational design, and vendor management.
  • Experience overseeing content strategy, editorial operations, and organic social programs.
