Job description

As the Senior Creative Operations Lead, Brand, you own how work moves through the Brand organization. You design, evolve, and lead the operational systems that enable high-quality creative output across campaigns, content, events, video, and evergreen production-globally and at scale.

You operate as a highly senior individual contributor and strategic operator, acting as a trusted partner to Creative Directors, Associate Creative Directors, and Marketing leadership. Your work brings calm to complexity, alignment across teams, and rigor to how creative work is planned, delivered, and sustained.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Brand Operations Strategy & Ownership

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end creative operations model for the Brand team-from intake through launch
  • Define and continuously improve intake, briefing, resourcing, prioritization, and delivery processes
  • Serve as the senior point of accountability for how work flows across creative, production, and execution
  • Drive cross-Marketing alignment on operating models, expectations, and ways of working
  • Act as a strategic partner to Marketing, PMM, Events, Growth, and Regional teams

Planning, Capacity & Delivery Enablement

  • Partner with creative leadership to forecast workload, capacity, and resourcing needs
  • Balance internal teams, freelance support, and agency partners to enable scale and specialization
  • Set clear expectations around scope, timelines, and delivery-and hold teams accountable
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs, guiding teams toward resolution
  • Navigate ambiguity and competing priorities with confidence, diplomacy, and decisiveness

Systems, Process & Tooling

  • Own and optimize Asana workflows, templates, SLAs, and reporting across Brand
  • Build scalable operational playbooks for campaigns, events, video, and always-on production
  • Identify and implement tools, automation, and AI-assisted workflows where they meaningfully improve speed, quality, or visibility
  • Ensure operational systems support both creative excellence and team sustainability

Financial & Vendor Stewardship

  • Oversee creative budgets, vendor spend, and forecasting in partnership with Finance
  • Lead agency onboarding, scoping, and procurement needs
  • Ensure financial rigor, transparency, and efficiency across Brand production
  • Partner with People, Finance, and Marketing leadership on org health, resourcing strategy, and long-term scale
WHO YOU ARE
  • 8-10+ years of experience in creative project management, creative operations, or production management
  • Proven experience leading operations for in-house creative or brand teams
  • Deeply fluent in creative workflows across brand, campaigns, video, motion, and events
  • Trusted communicator who can influence without authority
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Operates as the operational authority for Brand Creative.
  • Thinks in systems, not tasks; designs processes that scale
  • Influences without direct authority through trust, clarity, and consistency
  • Brings structure and calm to high-volume, high-visibility creative ecosystems
  • Balances strategic foresight with strong executional follow-through
  • Acts as a connective layer between creative ambition and operational reality

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $122,000 and $192,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $144,000 and $226,000/year (including bonus or commission). Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
