Mid-sized advertising agency just south of Boston, MA has a wonderful growth opportunity for a mid-level, versatile creative project manager.ย Serve as the link between big and local brands in the successful execution and delivery of all creative projects including digital, traditional and animation.
This is a hybrid (3 days) temp to full time opportunity.
This is a well organized team player who loves to build strong relationships and dynamic creative projects for big brands internally and externally. The ideal candidate loves to problem solve along with managing complex creative projects and logistics in a team-based, fast paced environment. You will be able to work collaboratively alongside management and interface with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead creative projects from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment across design, copy, experiential, and production
- Translate strategic direction and client goals into clear, actionable creative workflows
- Anticipate roadblocks, manage risks, and proactively problem-solve to maintain momentum
- Serve as a key bridge between creative, and production, ensuring communication flows seamlesslyย ย
- Partner with creative leadership to define resourcing needs, timelines, and deliverables
- Maintain project documentation (timelines, trackers, recaps, post-mortems) to ensure visibility and consistency
- Help evolve and codify best practices for creative workflow, documentation, and delivery
- Act as the main point of contact between agency and client, and cultivate a sense of trust and confidence
- Review project budgets and schedules and guides team in managing them
- Identify additional growth opportunities and specific ways to strengthen our service delivery with our clients
- Advocate for both our client and team โ and know how to balance them both
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of creative project management in an agency setting
- Some working knowledge of digital CMS platforms, SEO/SEM, social media, e-commerce, and email marketing
- Fluency of creative project best practices, industry standards, and compliance, requirements
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to create strong relationships with internal and external teams
- Positive attitude with focus on the success of the team over individual accomplishments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to juggle needs of multiple teams, personalities, and deadlines
- Passionate about advertising, media and technology
