Project Manager, Creative Services

Maiden Home

Manhattan, NY • On-site

Full-time

Re-posted 9 days ago

Job description

Maiden Home is growing a team of forward-thinking individuals who possess unique strengths and perspectives, an innate ability to inspire their colleagues, and an eagerness to reimagine the world of luxury furnishings.
As our Project Manager, Creative Services, you will be responsible for bringing structure, clarity, and operational rigor to how our creative work gets made — across 3D production, photoshoot and post-production, and the day-to-day management of our creative workflows. This role will bridge the gap between our business goals and creative team by owning the end-to-end workflow of marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and asset production, controlling budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure flawless delivery to our luxury standards.

This is a unique opportunity to join a brand that is primed for its next stage of growth — with a proven competitive advantage in its ability to attract, motivate, and retain top talent across a range of disciplines. At Maiden Home, you'll find a workspace that encourages innovation, creative expression, and teamwork, and your experience will be shaped by your performance, contributions, and drive.

This role is located at our New York headquarters in the Tribeca design district where we work together every day in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve the creative intake and project management process, ensuring work is scoped, scheduled, and tracked with consistency across all active workstreams
  • Manage day-to-day 3D production workflows in collaboration with external freelancers and agencies — from briefing through final delivery — ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to Maiden Home's visual standards
  • Develop and manage RFPs for 3D vendors and external production partners — clearly scoping deliverables, timelines, technical requirements, and budget parameters
  • Maintain organized production documentation, version tracking, and asset management across all active projects including owning our DAM system
  • Serve as a reliable cross-functional partner to Creative, Marketing, and Merchandising — proactively communicating status, surfacing risks, and managing expectations across stakeholders
  • Track and communicate creative resourcing and capacity; manage and negotiate budgets with external partners
  • Identify process gaps and continuously optimize workflows for speed, quality, and operational clarity

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in creative production, project management, or creative operations — ideally within a brand, agency, or creative services environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage project workflows, not just operate within existing ones
  • Production literacy across visual formats — enough familiarity with 3D, photoshoot, or post-production to brief external collaborators, review work critically, and identify when something is off
  • Experience managing external vendors, freelancers, or agencies in a production or project management capacity
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple active projects simultaneously
  • Clear, structured communicator — written and verbal — across both external partners and internal teams
  • Experience with project management tooling (Asana or equivalent) at an operational level
  • Comfortable managing budgets and holding collaborators accountable to timelines and quality standards
  • Low ego, high ownership — solution-oriented, reliable, and proactive without needing to be managed
  • An eye for design and quality; able to evaluate creative work against brand standards and provide specific, constructive feedback
  • Has owned and operated a DAM system (Air or equivalent)
