Job description

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
Job description:
Who We Are
Great creative doesn't happen by accident—it happens because exceptional people know how to bring order to creativity.
At 522 Productions, we create award-winning video, digital, and live experiences for organizations that are changing the world. Behind every marketing campaign and production is a team that thrives on solving problems, building relationships, and delivering work we're proud to put our name on.
We're growing and looking for our new Creative Producer & Project Manager—a leader who can guide clients, inspire teams, manage resources, and keep even the most complex projects and productions moving forward.
What We’re Looking For
In this role, you're equal parts strategist, producer, relationship builder, and air traffic controller.
One moment you're presenting a campaign strategy to an executive team. The next you're coordinating a multi-camera production, reviewing creative with designers, solving an unexpected production challenge, or helping a client navigate changing marketing priorities.
No two days look the same—and that's exactly why you'll love it.
The work you lead helps government agencies educate communities, nonprofits inspire change, corporations launch initiatives, and organizations tell stories that genuinely make a difference.
You're probably a great fit if...
  • You love making order out of chaos.
  • Clients naturally trust you.
  • You notice details everyone else misses.
  • You anticipate problems before they happen.
  • You're calm under pressure.
  • You'd rather solve a problem than complain about one.
  • You genuinely enjoy helping creative people do their best work.
  • You don't wait to be told what to do—you see what needs to happen and make it happen.
  • Why You'll Love Working Here
  • You'll work on projects that actually matter.
  • You'll have a direct voice in agency decisions.
  • You'll collaborate with talented creatives who genuinely enjoy working together.
  • You'll build long-term client relationships—not just manage tasks.
  • You'll have autonomy to make decisions instead of being micromanaged.
  • Every project is different. You'll never feel stuck doing the same thing every day.
We take our work seriously—but not ourselves.
We're collaborative, supportive, curious, and always willing to jump in to help each other. We're a small team, which means every person has a voice and every contribution matters.
We celebrate great work, own our mistakes, and continuously look for ways to improve.
We know exceptional project managers have options.
If you're looking for a place where your ideas matter, your work creates real impact, and your teammates genuinely enjoy collaborating, we'd love to meet you.
If you're someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments, loves solving complex problems, and believes details matter—we think you'll feel right at home at 522 Productions.
What You'll Bring to the Team-
You're someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and genuinely enjoys turning big ideas into polished deliverables. You know how to balance client expectations, production realities, and creative excellence—all while keeping projects moving forward.
We're looking for someone who brings:
  • 4–6 years of experience managing creative projects in industries such as video production, marketing, advertising, digital media, documentary filmmaking, event production, or creative agencies.
  • A Bachelor's degree and authorization to work in the United States.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with clients, executives, vendors, and creative teams alike.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and an eye for detail—you naturally build structure, anticipate needs, and keep even the most complex projects on track.
  • The ability to juggle multiple productions at once, confidently shifting priorities while maintaining quality, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Strong technical proficiency with project management platforms, collaboration tools, and both Mac and PC environments.
  •  A solid understanding of modern multimedia production workflows, including current industry best practices, emerging technologies, and creative production processes.
  •  Working knowledge of video production, including crews, equipment, production logistics, and the roles that bring a successful shoot together.
  • Familiarity with today's marketing landscape, including digital campaigns, social media strategy, content development, websites, and integrated communications.
Bonus Points If...
While not required, we'd be especially excited if you also bring:
  • Experience working with government agencies or public sector organizations.
  • Experience managing cross-functional creative teams across video, design, web, animation, photography, podcasts, or live events.
  • Familiarity with CRM, resource management, or production scheduling software.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency or production environment.
  • A passion for finding smarter, more efficient ways to improve workflows and elevate the client experience
