Reports to: Production + Client Relationship Director

Full-time ONSITE ONLY

Role Overview

icreatives is partnering with a leading design-led agency to find a Project Manager at a key stage of growth.

This role leads the end-to-end execution of high-impact experiential campaigns, custom product concepts, and PR mailers for iconic global brands.

It's a client-facing position that blends creative production, delivery, and commercial ownership. You'll make sure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard, while building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Experience in gifting, PR, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Ownership & Delivery

Lead end-to-end delivery of experiential campaigns and PR mailers

Define timelines, strategies, and execution plans

Manage project risks and ensure quality standards are met

Creative Collaboration & Concept Development

Partner with creative teams to develop and refine concepts

Ensure ideas are feasible within production timelines and budgets

Bridge creative vision with execution and support brand storytelling

Client Leadership & Relationship Management

Lead client communication, updates, and presentations

Manage expectations around scope, timelines, and budgets

Build client trust and support account growth

Commercial Ownership

Own project budgets from kickoff to close
