Location: Daleville, IN

Education Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant experience in architectural millwork, custom casework, woodworking, or construction project management may be considered in place of formal education.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and AutoCAD preferred.
Experience Requirements
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in architectural millwork, custom cabinetry, casework, woodworking, manufacturing, or commercial construction.
  • Strong understanding of engineering, fabrication, finishing, delivery, and installation of architectural woodwork and millwork products.
  • Experience reviewing project estimates, schedules of values, shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and material procurement.
  • Demonstrated leadership, customer relationship management, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to walk production floors and occasionally visit customer job sites.
  • Ability to review shop drawings, production schedules, and manufacturing processes.
  • Must be able to meet all facility and jobsite safety requirements.
Job Duties
  • Manage architectural millwork and casework projects from project handoff through final installation and closeout.
  • Review project scope, schedules, budgets, estimates, and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and profitability.
  • Coordinate finish samples, submittals, mockups, RFIs, and customer approvals.
  • Create or manage detailed AutoCAD shop drawings, bills of materials, and production documentation.
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, finance, operations, project teams, and shop floor leadership.
  • Purchase specialty materials and monitor delivery schedules to support production and installation timelines.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, critical milestones, and manufacturing timelines.
  • Monitor job costs, contract balances, invoicing, and project financial performance.
  • Ensure quality standards, contract specifications, and customer expectations are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.
