Job Purpose:
This position reports to the Director, Creative Services and this role is responsible for executing and overseeing tier 2 creative projects for the creative services team. This role involves managing the production and delivery of creative assets, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and project objectives. This position collaborates closely with the senior creative teams and various internal departments to support the overall creative strategy and to bring routine work to fruition.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Tier 2 asset development: oversee the visual and written content of tier 2 creative projects, ensuring success in effectively meeting brand, creative, and marketing goals.
  • Write creative briefs, assign, and lead creative development.
  • Present creative and sell direction to clients.
  • Work with online and offline areas of business to ensure consistency of brand and messaging.
  • Cross functional collaboration: work closely with internal teams, including but not limited to, creative operations, media, internal communications, and sales, to understand product and audience needs to deliver effective creative solutions.
  • Vendor direction: coordinate with external freelancers and vendors as needed to support project execution.
  • Research: participate in customer and competitive research, applying learnings to creative projects.
  • Support: assist Senior Creative Manager and Director as needed with high priority projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Documentation: maintain accurate records of project timelines, deliverables, and feedback.
  • Brand / enterprise focus: Develop creative supporting Brand and Enterprise initiatives, ensuring consistency of messaging and experience across cross-functional programs.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a creative role, preferably within an in-house agency or creative agency.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing, ensuring ideas are conveyed with clarity and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret brand and business needs and develop results-oriented media solutions to address those needs.
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry and previous working relationships working with compliance and legal is a plus.
  • Provides clear direction and expectations for work.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Previous leadership experience and ability to conceptualize with writers, designers, and clients to produce powerful creative solutions in a financial service (or related) environment.
  • Excellent display of B2B2C, digital marketing, and direct response creative development.

Base Salary Range:

$104,200.00 - $156,300.00
