Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious, curious, and optimistic Project Manager who excels in leading cross-functional projects from concept to delivery within a dynamic design-to-build manufacturing environment. This role is pivotal in coordinating between account directors, production, planning, purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, and installation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from initial concept through final delivery.
- Function as the hub of internal communications throughout the life of a project.
- Collaborate with internal partners to create project plans and timelines, engage resources, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor project milestones, identify risks, remove roadblocks, and collaborate with SMEs to provide strategic solutions.
- Manage client, account team, and internal stakeholder expectations with clear communication and facilitate meetings.
- Track and monitor project budgets based on the client-approved purchase order and reconcile at project completion.
- Track client change requests/requirements, ensuring timing and financial impact is communicated effectively.
- Foster a culture that values family, innovation, collaboration, and empowerment.
- Follow all safety and workplace policies.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Communication and/or Project/Account Management.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft products, ERP systems, and MRP systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in material or production planning, supply chain planning, production control, inventory, or warehouse management.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a team.
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
