Position: Brand & Creative Manager
Location: Tonawanda, NY
Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000, annually, based on experience
What We Are Looking For
NOCO is looking for an experienced Brand & Creative Manager who is willing to work hard and grow with the company. The Brand & Creative Manageris responsible for protecting and strengthening the NOCO brand while leading the design and production of marketing materials that support internal and external initiatives.
In this role you will serve as NOCO's primary brand steward, creative lead and graphic designer - ensuring consistent, on-brand creative across print, digital/web, email campaigns, brochures, packaging, environmental design, and beyond. A successful candidate will be an organized and independent multi-tasker who can balance hands-on design work with coordinating creative projects across departments and agency partners. What You Will Do
  • Serve as NOCO's primary brand steward - the go-to resource for maintaining, interpreting, and approving proper use of brand guidelines across all departments and external partners
  • Design and produce communications, presentations, and print materials for distribution across digital marketing, email marketing, and printed collateral
  • Lead creative development of projects - from concept through production - including presenting creative concepts to key stakeholders and managing timelines
  • Create marketing materials and graphics that consistently implement NOCO branding across all departments and divisions
  • Develop shareable, visually-engaging content to promote NOCO's products and services across channels
  • Coordinate and collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to brainstorm and conceptualize creative communications that meet project objectives
  • Manages and provides leadership to the Brand & Creative team, including Graphic Designers, ensuring the development and execution of cohesive brand, marketing, and creative initiatives.

What You Will Need
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience leading creative projects and managing or mentoring design and marketing professionals
  • 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, brand management, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, AfterEffects)
  • Design experience is a must, along with a strong understanding of brand identity systems and how to apply them consistently
  • Working knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively, with time-management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks demanding immediate attention and to manage multiple, ongoing, concurrent responsibilities
  • Ability to work autonomously, balancing accuracy with timeliness
