About the Role
As a Creative Project Manager, you will drive impactful marketing initiatives and focus on delivering measurable outcomes. You will be a key member of the marketing team, collaborating closely with Account Managers, Chief Marketing Officers, Field Marketing Directors, creative teams, content specialists, and external agencies. You will have the autonomy to lead, innovate, and improve marketing workflows while ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across creative programs.
In This Role, You Will:
  • Plan and program manage creative projects within marketing programs by partnering with Chief Marketing Officers, Field Marketing Directors, and key stakeholders.
  • Provide consultative support for creative strategy planning and oversee the development of marketing assets that support events, trade shows, webcasts, thought leadership initiatives, client-centric marketing, account-based marketing programs, and strategic deal pursuits.
  • Manage the delivery of creative assets within integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, reputation, and market engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to develop campaign themes, messaging frameworks, sales enablement materials, and design concepts.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and updates to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
  • Analyze performance and engagement metrics for creative assets and apply insights to improve future creative output and quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and direction to creative design and content teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, brand-compliant marketing assets and engagement tools.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external resources to execute marketing initiatives aligned with business and strategic objectives.
  • Maintain and organize creative and marketing assets within approved corporate repositories for accessibility and governance.

What You Must Have to Be Considered
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing creative projects, marketing campaigns, or integrated marketing programs in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with senior marketing leaders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - 100,000, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
