We are seeking a compassionate and creative leader to design and lead engaging life enrichment programs, support team involvement, and create meaningful, personalized experiences for each resident

What You'll Do:
  • Plan, develop, and lead person-centered activity programs for residents with Alzheimer's and dementia, using individualized assessments to create meaningful daily engagement opportunities
  • Coordinate and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly life enrichment calendars, ensuring activities support residents' physical, social, emotional, and cognitive well-being
  • Lead and support activities and events, ensuring staff, materials, and environments are prepared, while actively engaging residents and evaluating program effectiveness for continuous improvement
  • Supervise and coach memory care team members, fostering staff participation, training, and collaboration to deliver high-quality resident experiences
  • Monitor resident engagement and behavioral needs, partnering with care leadership to adjust programming, communicate changes, and enhance overall resident quality of life

What You'll Bring:
  • Memory care experience required, 2+ years preferred
  • Required certifications: Dementia Care, CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler's Permit
  • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license
