Job description

Description

The Head of Marketing & Commercialization is the growth driver for Not Your Mother's accountable for shaping growth strategy, delivering commercial results, and leading the end-to-end marketing function.

This leader owns what we do to win: defining where to play, how to grow, and how to convert strategy into execution across brand, innovation, and go-to-market. Serves as key partner to sales and a core member of the Executive Leadership Team, they ensure the business is consumer-led, performance-driven, and commercially disciplined.

In parallel, this role serves as a strategic partner to the General Manager, bringing forward insights, trade-offs, and forward-looking perspective, but remains anchored in business ownership and results delivery, not system/process ownership.

At Not Your Mother's Haircare, we exist to do hair differently. We create life-tested clean haircare for every strand and season, designed to take on real hair needs, from volume and hydration to frizz control and definition, without overcomplicating your routine.
