Job Summary
The Partner Marketing Team plays a critical role within SHI's Partner Marketing organization, delivering an exceptional partner sponsorship experience. The team develops and manages joint SHI-partner Market Development Fund (MDF) programs and proposals, ensuring all sponsorship opportunities are clear, consistent, and aligned with the shared objectives of SHI and its partner ecosystem.
The Partner Program Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and supporting MDF programs from development through execution. This role is accountable for establishing fair market pricing, developing sponsorship proposals, creating timelines, managing real-time inventory, collaborating with key stakeholders, and defining workflow accountability. These efforts ensure the successful creation, management, and execution of MDF programs that meet the needs of both SHI and its partners.
Role Description
  • Lead MDF attachment strategies by creating sponsorship proposals, managing sponsorship rollouts, timelines, deadlines, inventory, and stakeholder accountability for deliverables.
  • Support a broad range of partner-sponsored initiatives including:
    • Business unit-led sales plays
    • Customer summits
    • Sales kickoffs and meetings
    • Sales networking events
    • Customer field events and premier events
    • Trade shows
    • Partner training programs
    • Partner showcases
    • Partner roundtables
    • In-office sales enablement activities
    • Demand generation programs
    • Additional partner marketing initiatives as assigned
  • Collaborate with internal departments including Partner Marketing Account Management, Product and Solution Teams, Growth Marketing, Business Unit Program Managers, Field and Internal Events, Digital Marketing, Operations, and Accounting to ensure successful program execution.
  • Manage partner sponsorships within Asana, ensuring stakeholders have real-time visibility into sponsorship status, activity inventory, and individual deliverables.
  • Drive adoption of emerging platforms and technologies, including SHI One, to support the digital transformation and automation of the partner proposal process and overall partner experience.
  • Serve as the primary Partner Marketing stakeholder for one to two business units, building strong relationships and maintaining regular communication cadences with sales and program leaders.
  • Serve as the secondary Partner Marketing stakeholder for one to two business units, providing coverage during periods of high volume, out-of-office coverage, or leave of absence situations.
  • Assist Partner Marketing leadership with program development, logistics, issue resolution, escalations, and operational support.
  • Regularly follow up with Partner Marketing Account Management regarding partner commitment status and sponsorship fulfillment.
  • Manage program-related questions, facilitate feedback loops, and provide ongoing updates to stakeholders for assigned programs.
  • Lead, attend, and actively contribute to recurring program cadence meetings.
  • Provide on-site event support as needed.
  • Mentor junior team members and serve as a point of escalation for program-related matters.

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $70,000 - $110,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
