  • An exceptional communicator who can articulate ideas clearly and collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, clients, and partners.
  • An eye for detail and precision, with a commitment to delivering excellence in every project, from concept to completion.
  • The ability to manage people, projects, and budgets effectively, ensuring smooth workflows and successful outcomes.
  • A passion for learning, staying ahead of design trends, and consistently seeking new opportunities to improve your craft.

Qualifications:

  • A college degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, or a related field of study.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) at an advanced level; proficiency in Premiere or After Effects is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance the creative process โ€” from concept development and ideation to production efficiency โ€” while maintaining the craft, judgment, and originality that define great design.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, photography, and videography to ensure your designs are brought to life in the best possible way.
  • A proven ability to lead creative teams, elevate the overall design process, and inspire colleagues to achieve their best work.

This is a highโ€‘impact, fastโ€‘paced environment, and we're looking for someone who can rise to the challenge and drive excellence in everything they do. If you're passionate about your work and eager to contribute to a growing, globally connected agency, we want to hear from you!
