Creative Strategist & Social Media Manager

Tradition Coffee Roasters is looking for an exceptional creative strategist & social media expert to help shape the future of our brand.

We're not looking for someone to simply create content or manage a posting schedule. We're looking for someone who sees the bigger picture—someone who can build a long-term creative strategy, inspire a team, and help tell a story that people want to be part of.

This full-time position offers a hybrid work environment with flexibility to work remotely when appropriate, balanced with in-person collaboration for creative planning, filming, photography, and live content creation.

We recognize that building an exceptional brand isn't a one-person job. Our goal is to find the right creative leader to establish the vision, develop systems, find the partners and help build a talented freelance creative roster while laying the foundation for a future in-house creative team.

What You'll Do

• Develop and own a long-term creative and social media strategy aligned with our business growth goals.

• Establish measurable short- and long-term objectives while continuously refining strategy based on analytics and performance.

• Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.

• Film, photograph, edit, and publish engaging content that brings our brand, coffee, people, and community to life.

• Lead and coordinate our roster of freelance photographers, videographers, and content creators, ensuring a cohesive creative vision, consistent brand voice, and efficient project execution across all channels.

• Develop content calendars and campaign strategies that support product launches, seasonal promotions, events, educational content, and community engagement.

• Work closely with our marketing and paid advertising team to ensure creative content supports broader business objectives.

• Capture live events, café experiences, coffee education, behind-the-scenes moments, and brand collaborations.

• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and emerging technologies to improve workflow efficiency, creative development, and content production.

• Track analytics, monitor industry trends, and continually adapt our strategy as platforms evolve.

• Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, with the ability to capture authentic moments and transform them into compelling stories.

• Naturally curious, constantly learning, and passionate about staying ahead of emerging trends, technology, and platform changes.

• Experienced using video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar platforms.

We'd Love It If You Have

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Media Production, or a related field.

• Experience leading creative campaigns, managing social media strategy, and/or building a recognizable brand.

• Experience coordinating influencers, partnerships, and community collaborations.

• Strong organizational skills for scheduling, project management, and campaign execution.

• Experience with project management platforms such as Asana and marketing tools like Klaviyo, Google Workspace, Later, or similar software.

• An appreciation for specialty coffee, hospitality, food, travel, or lifestyle brands.
