Join the Havertys Furniture Team as a Marketing Intern!

Are you ready to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment? At Havertys Furniture, we pride ourselves on creating engaging digital content that supports our brand and connects with customers. As a Marketing Intern, you'll assist with production work, including building digital ads and creative assets, while helping maintain our digital asset library. If you're detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working in Adobe Creative Suite, we want you on our team!

Schedule: This part-time internship is expected to begin after Labor Day and continue through the end of the year. The schedule is anticipated to be 3 days per week, 4-6 hours per day.

 

Pay: 20/hr

 

Job Description:

MAJOR FUNCTION: Provide marketing production support by assisting with the development of digital ads and creative assets and helping maintain the digital asset library.

 

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist with production work, including building digital ads and creative assets.
  • Help organize, update, and maintain the digital asset library.
  • Support the marketing team with creative production needs and asset preparation.
  • Prepare and format digital materials according to brand standards and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure marketing assets are accurate, organized, and delivered on time.

Job Requirements:

  • Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is required.
  • Experience building or editing digital ads, creative assets, or similar marketing materials preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple production tasks.
  • Ideal candidate has access to their own laptop and Adobe Creative Suite license.
  • Availability to work part-time, 3 days per week for 4-6 hours per day, beginning after Labor Day and continuing through the end of the year.
