Primitive Internship Program
We're Primitive, a Lubbock-based agency crafting creative and strategic digital solutions that help businesses grow. We're a full-service agency. The services we offer are branding and research, website design, digital marketing, UX/UI design, and studio production.
Our internship program is designed to not only offer practical experience but also to support personal and career development in a unique, fully distributed team setting. You can expect to be paired with a mentor and get hands-on experience supporting client work and internal projects. We are also a part of the Texas Tech University College to Career Program.
STUDIO PRODUCTION INTERN
Our studio team at Primitive creates visual storytelling both internally for our team and for many of our clients. This includes product photography, headshots, reels, drone photography and videography, and video shoots, along with all elements of production. Our team works with a variety of clients and industries to create award-winning deliverables to woo clients and their target audiences. The types of content our team creates vary from short, 30-second commercials to documentaries to share the history of businesses. In addition to the internship curriculum and projects, you will have regular meetings with your assigned mentor. You will have the opportunity to work in your designated field and also have exposure to other creative fields, learning processes, task management, and what it takes to be a studio team member at Primitive.ELIGIBILITY: Applicants must be currently enrolled at Texas Tech University and eligible for the College to Career program.
