Are you an experienced Production Coordinator with supervisory skills?

A successful applicant will ideally have previous production planning/ coordination experience. You will be confident in using IT systems such as Microsoft Package and have prior exposure to coordination, scheduling, and dealing with suppliers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing and administering work production runs.
  • Analyzing and inputting production schedules and monitoring the correct order of production.
  • Ensure plans move swiftly through the supply chain to timely delivery and execution.
  • Supervise Event Coordinators and Event Staff, providing support for their project completion as needed
  • Communication across internal departments and with external clients and customers.
  • Administering live data accurately.
  • Completing administration tasks including producing documents supporting asset movements
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of production coordination experience
  • Supervisor experience required
  • Great people and communication skills
  • Proactive organization skills
  • Experience liaising with customers and suppliers delivering superior customer service
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Accurate data entry capability
  • Attention to detail and being a great organizer
