We are seeking a detail-oriented Investigation Specialist II to join the Flex I & O team. In this role, you will lead comprehensive investigations into incidents involving our Flex Delivery Partners (DPs).
The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator and creative problem-solver with a passion for uncovering the truth. You will conduct meticulous investigations, analyze complex data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fair and accurate outcomes.

Key job responsibilities
* Investigate incidents involving Flex DPs, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in all findings.

* Take ownership of functional issues, offering high-quality solutions and championing proactive improvements.
* Exhibit excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills to review and investigate cases.
* Demonstrate technical competence and self-motivation, thriving in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
* Display flexibility by working within different queues and providing support as needed for additional tasks, deep dives, and escalations.
* Ensure compliance with established procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while achieving and maintaining high-quality and performance metrics.
