We’re on the hunt for a Media Buyer who lives and breathes digital acquisition, a sharp strategist and hands-on optimizer who thrives on testing, scaling, and creative problem-solving across top performance channels.

What You’ll Do
  • Design, launch, and refine paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and StackAdapt, with a focus on driving top-quality mobile installs and first-time deposits.
  • Take charge of 7-figure monthly budgets, ensuring strong ROAS, engagement, and lifetime value performance.
  • Use AppsFlyer for tracking, attribution, and event-based optimization.
  • Lead the creative testing process, collaborating closely with design and motion teams to build and iterate on high-performing ad concepts.
  • Build and manage A/B testing frameworks that uncover winning audiences, creatives, and placements.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns in real-time for cost efficiency, engagement, and retention.
  • Develop robust tracking, reporting, and analytics frameworks to provide visibility across all funnels.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, attribution changes, and privacy trends, adapting strategies accordingly.

  • Experience with mobile app marketing, including AppsFlyer tracking and post-install event optimization.
  • Strong collaboration skills — especially with creative and content teams.

  • Expertise in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and ROAS improvement.
