Job description

THE OPPORTUNITY
Faith Promise Church is seeking a full-time Creative Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our Creative Team and communications strategy. You'll own the systems, processes, and relationships that allow our message to win the world to reach every campus, every weekend, and every soul we're sent to reach. This is a full-time role in a multisite church environment—perfect for someone who sees administrative excellence as ministry and understands that operational systems are what allow creative teams to thrive.
ABOUT FAITH PROMISE
We exist to win the world by equipping Christ-followers to win their world, starting with 1% of Tennessee. We're a multisite church committed to helping people encounter Jesus, become fully devoted followers of Christ, and lead others to do the same. Our culture is fast-moving, vision-focused, and centered on our core values: Love God, Love People, Discover Purpose, Win Our World.
Our Creative Team drives the communications that connect people across all our campuses. If you're passionate about excellence in operations and see your work as directly advancing God's Kingdom, this is for you.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILLSupport the Pastor of Communications and Marketing
•Be committed to the Pastor of Communications and Marketing's success first and foremost, providing the administrative and operational support that protects their capacity to lead at a higher level.
•Manage calendar, scheduling, and meeting preparation; anticipate needs before they're voiced.
•Serve as a warm relational point of contact for the team and cross-departmental partners.
•Capture ideas, decisions, and open items in real time so nothing valuable is lost between conversations.
•Handle expense tracking and other administrative duties that protect strategic capacity.
•Draft newsletters, text blasts, email campaigns, registration push communications, and other recurring church-wide deliverables in the voice and tone of Faith Promise.
•Coordinate with ministry leads and campus pastors to gather information, confirm details, and ensure accuracy before publishing.
Project Management
•Own the project intake process—ensure all requests enter through a defined channel and are triaged on a consistent cadence, not absorbed ad hoc.
•Maintain full visibility into the team's project load: what is in progress, what is due, and where bottlenecks are forming before they become problems.
•Build and maintain working relationships with departments and ministries across the organization, including Students, Kids, Groups, Worship, Events, Online, the Senior Pastor's office, and the Executive Pastor's office.
•Attend relevant meetings, document decisions, and own follow-through—ensuring action items move to completion.
Film Team Support
•Support the film team's project planning by helping them see what's ahead, anticipate workload, and avoid overwhelm.
•Track key deadlines, milestones, and dependencies for large film projects.
•Coordinate schedules, shoots, and cross-team handoffs as needed.
WHO YOU ARE
You're operationally excellent, relationally intelligent, and see administrative work as ministry—not a supporting player role, but a calling. You're disciplined and organized; you run structured processes consistently, anticipate needs before they're asked for, and have the relational grace to push back privately when necessary. You thrive in fast-paced, multisite environments. You understand that when systems work, teams are free to create. You don't just manage projects—you carry the vision of Faith Promise into every email, deadline, and relationship you steward.
Most importantly: You're a fully devoted Christ-follower aligned with our values and vision to win the world by equipping others to win their world.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
•A clear sense of calling to ministry and alignment with the vision, values, and theology of Faith Promise Church
•Two or more years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, communications, or a closely related field
•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across a creative or communications team
•Strong written communication skills, including the ability to draft clearly and compellingly in another leader's voice
•High relational intelligence—reads people well, builds trust quickly, navigates conversations with grace, and can push back privately with honor
•Disciplined and organized—runs structured processes consistently rather than relying on memory or reactive instincts
•Proficiency with project management tools, calendar platforms, and communication technology; willingness to learn and adopt AI-powered workflows the team is developing
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
•Experience in a church, ministry, or nonprofit environment
•Familiarity with multisite church operations and cross-campus communication coordination
•Background in creative services, marketing, or communications
