As our Creative Content Producer, you'll create compelling video, photography, and digital content that brings our mission to life. You'll travel throughout our communities, uncover authentic stories, produce engaging content for social media, marketing, fundraising, recruitment, and internal communications, and help shape how people experience the Y.
This is more than a content creation role. It's an opportunity to build our in-house creative storytelling function and influence how thousands of members, associates, volunteers, and donors connect with our mission.
What You'll Do
  • Capture inspiring stories through video, photography, and digital media.
  • Produce content for social media, marketing campaigns, fundraising, recruitment, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with leaders across the organization to tell stories that highlight community impact.
  • Manage projects from concept to final production using your creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking.
  • Help grow and evolve the Y's creative storytelling strategy.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience in videography, editing, photography, and multimedia storytelling.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, videography, editing, and content production capabilities.
  • Experience managing projects independently from concept through completion.
