Are you a strategic and highly creative multimedia leader with a passion for automotive content? Join us as a Senior Creative Developer and drive the creation of impactful video and photo assets for product launches, branding, and more. You'll lead productions, collaborate with partners, and support various internal teams, including executives. If you're a self-starter with a strong creative vision, we want to hear from you!
What you'll do:
• Strategize and execute video/photo content for vehicle launches and enterprise needs, managing post-production.
• Support multimedia asset development for various departments, including executive communications.
• Oversee visual capture of corporate events.
• Maximize content capture efficiency across the organization.
• Collaborate with agencies and vendors to enhance in-house capabilities.
• Direct content development for multiple internal teams.
• Champion team growth and strategically leverage individual talents.
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand multimedia support.
Key Accountabilities:
• Leading video and photo strategy and production for key initiatives.
• Supporting multimedia needs across various internal departments.
• Overseeing visual content capture of corporate events.
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
• B.A. in Mass Communications
Minimum Experience:
• 7-10 years of multimedia content development.
• Extensive video production and editing experience (including color grading and motion graphics).
• Drone pilot experience.
