Summary:
The Sign Technician is responsible for assembly, installation, maintenance, and testing of signage and exterior lighting across Company retail locations. This role participates in the ongoing implementation, execution, maintenance and measurement of all signage elements.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepares work area for installation of equipment.
  • Installs or helps install electric and non-electric signage.
  • Operates hand tools such as drills, saws, grinders, routers, etc.
  • Operates and maintains aerial equipment and tools.
  • Fuses pieces of metal together to join metal parts, fill holes, or fix seams in metal.
  • Supports and facilitates organizational changes, continuous improvement and communication.
  • Embodies personal leadership qualities through the following: Be in the moment to ensure authentic and humanistic interactions. Continuously volunteers discretionary effort and models desired behaviors to drive business results while also leveraging and respecting separate realities.   • Lifting Requirements: Lift/pull up to 50+lbs repeatedly.
  • Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, communication equipment, verbal instructions and machinery.
  • Cognitive Requirements: Complex reading, writing and math skills. Complex speech skills; must be able to speak, read, write & understand the English language, clerical tasks, memorization, analytical skills, function under stress & make independent decisions.
  • Vision Requirements: General vision requirements in addition to close vision (<20 inches), Distance Vision (>20 feet), color vision and peripheral vision.
  • Noise Levels: Normal (<85dB) noise levels and/or Loud (>85dB) noise levels on occasion.
  • Repetitive Motion(s): Regularly & repetitively use both feet and both hands.
