This role supports our entire brand portfolio, including our primary turnkey business, Architectural Fabrication, and our growing distribution channel, Alumination Architectural Products.

Position Summary

The purpose of this position is to create and install building parts made of sheet metal using safe and efficient methods. This role provides essential support to the sheet metal department from the preparation phase through the completion of jobs.




Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, and shape sheet metal using hand tools or power shears.

  • Safely handle, sort, and stack materials.

  • Interpret blueprints and layouts to ensure accurate assembly.

  • Operate fabricating machines including shears, brakes, presses, and forming rolls.

  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment and strictly adhere to PPE guidelines.

  • Clean, inspect, and maintain company-provided tools and equipment.

  • Drill holes to bolt components together and smooth rough edges with files.

  • Ensure proper quantities are maintained and perform quality control inspections.

  • Follow all company policies regarding attendance, safety, and ethics.

  • Perform additional duties as requested by management to support production goals.




Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Entry-level position; prior experience in a sheet metal shop environment is a plus.

  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

  • Proficiency in basic mathematics and the use of measuring tools.

  • Willingness and ability to obtain OSHA 10 and Forklift Operator certifications.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow detailed directions.
