Fuse offers a hybrid working environment. Fuse employees are welcome to work remotely 2 days per week (Wednesday and Friday) and work in the Winooski, Vermont headquarters on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays to collaborate with coworkers and clients. At this time, we are only interviewing candidates based in or willing to relocate to Vermont within driving distance of the office.

Job Summary:
Fuse is seeking an experienced Creative Project Manager to serve as the liaison between Creative Group staff and clients, as well as staff within other Fuse groups. This includes being responsible for managing resource allocation, calendars, workflow and budgets for creative projects. Leadership of weekly internal planning meetings and regular attendance on client conference calls will be expected. In this role you will also be responsible for the planning, procuring and implementation of a scheduling and resource allocation system.  As Creative Project Manager you will report into the Creative Group Director and be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and maintain creative management processes and standards across print, digital and social projects. Lead Fuse teams from initial planning through all project phases, ensuring deliverables are on-time and meet the client’s direction and goals.
  • Maintain calendars, timelines and task lists for all creative projects. Develop estimates at the beginning of projects and maintain relevant budget items through the course of the project.
  • Lead organizational processes across all projects and within internal systems. Manage and distribute project assets and work with creatives to ensure their projects stay organized.
  • Lead the review and feedback process both internally and externally. Maintain standard review and approval processes to ensure all stakeholders participate and engage when needed. Facilitate the final output and mechanical process to ensure error-free final delivery of assets to relevant team members, partners and clients.
  • Assist Group Director in managing and planning creative team members’ schedules and workloads. Source and manage freelancers and vendors as needed on projects. Update weekly status sheets and daily project tasks.
  • Participate in creative concepting project phases using research and marketing strategy to support in development of ideas. Help build mood boards, source references and write competitive analysis as needed.
  • Travel occasionally for client meetings and events as needed. Support event setup and execution, which may include light physical activity such as lifting or moving materials. Perform other duties as assigned. 

Skills, Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, or related field.
  • 3 - 6 years of experience planning and managing creative projects across multiple platforms, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of branding, design, experiential, video, and other creative mediums, with experience leading a wide variety of projects from initiation to delivery. Knowledge of industry standard advertising channels, including social, programmatic, print, and broadcast.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative suite and Figma, to be able to review and navigate design working files. Understanding and experience with other design, video and animation content, and visual media tools, including AI-based image generation software.
  • High attention to detail and precision, ensuring that every creative asset is executed flawlessly and with purpose.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driving environment.


The salary range for this role is $60k-$85k depending on relevant experience, plus a generous benefits package.
