Come join THE Texas Chicken Finger restaurant...since 1994!

At Layne's Chicken Fingers we take everything seriously except ourselves.

Established in 1994, Layne's is THE "born and breaded in Texas"  chicken finger restaurant. The Layne's culture stems from our roots in College Station, where back in 1994, we perfected our chicken finger frying technique. True to our roots, we are a fun, fast paced dynamic team who do not take ourselves seriously, but we take our food and our service EXTREMELY seriously.
THE ROLE:

Our Shift Manager's have the primary responsibility of managing shifts and ensuring our team is conveying the Layne's culture to our guests as well as being a creative team player who likes to work hard and have fun. He/she will be responsible for upholding the Layne's standards for our guests' experience. We recently opened our first DFW stores in Allen and Lewisville and Frisco and need like minded, hard working individuals to join us on what will be an incredibly fun, fast and rewarding experience.

Oversee our officers as they go about their daily duties, such as hand cutting our fresh chicken tenders, hand squeezing lemons for our home made Lemonade recipe and brewing our famous home brewed tea, as well as hand mixing all of our delicious dipping sauces. Other duties include proactively managing our restaurant operations in compliance with our standards and continuously training and mentoring our officers. A huge part of who we are and what we are about is our fun loving, non corporate environment, so the Shift Manager's primary responsibility is to uphold our culture of ensuring everyone has fun while we serve our guests our "soon to be famous"TM chicken fingers.
