The Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving Wikoff's growth by delivering high-quality, visually compelling materials that support both new sales and customer retention. From initial concept to final production, this role transforms complex ideas into clear, strategic visuals that help differentiate our brand in competitive bid environments.
This role will be instrumental in developing and delivering clear, engaging messaging both internally and externally, ensuring alignment across all key stakeholder groups. The ideal candidate is creative, collaborative, adaptable, and eager to take initiative in a fast-paced environment. This person must be comfortable managing content across multiple channels and working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Design high-impact sales and retention materials, including proposals, presentations, brochures, packaging, and digital assets
Develop interactive and visually polished content such as PDFs and PowerPoint presentations to support business development efforts.Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure visual design aligns with strategic goals.Translate complex data and messaging into engaging visual narratives.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, maintaining high quality, and ensuring design consistency.Contribute creative ideas during team brainstorming sessions and design reviews.Prepare content for both digital and print production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.Maintain organized libraries of design assets, templates, and tools for team use.Support RFP and proposal development by enhancing layout, flow, and overall visual impact
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of integrated communication strategies that support business objectives across all key audiences: Corporate and field employees, partners and customers.
  • Maintain and manage the corporate communications calendar to ensure coordinated, timely messaging. Oversee intake and fulfillment of communication requests to streamline workflows and content delivery.
  • Track, analyze, and report on communication effectiveness using tools such as Hubspot, Virtual Visitor and other analytics platforms. Use data to inform and continuously improve communication strategy and execution.
  • Partner with internal teams to tailor messaging to targeted audiences and ensure alignment across initiatives.
  • Support storytelling initiatives that highlight strategic initiatives, employee recognition, brand values, and company milestones. Help drive internal campaigns that enhance culture, belonging, and engagement.
  • Ensure all messaging and content (visual, written, and digital) adhere to Wikoff's brand standards.
  • Support crisis communication efforts to protect and strengthen the brand's reputation. Assist in crafting clear, impactful messaging for the executive leadership team.

  • Support field trials, installations and troubleshooting.
  • Document and train internal & external stakeholders on best practices.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to transition customers into new technologies.

Competencies:
Professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Strong skills in PowerPoint with a focus on presentation storytelling.
Excellent eye for typography, color, layout, and composition.Strong communication, organization, and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively in both remote and in-office environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and apply insights.
Education/Experience
Bachelors degree or 3 years experience
