Job description

Landscape Designer / Architect

The Landscape Designer (or Architect) is responsible for preparing accurate, highly creative landscape design solutions to suit a variety of site conditions and client preferences. The primary focus is on designing uniquely desirable living spaces, diverse in style, for a wide range of clientele. 

General Qualifications:

  • 2 or 4 year degree in Landscape Architecture / Design OR Related Field
  • 3+ years of experience in Landscape Design / Sales
  • Strong verbal, written, and graphic communication skills 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite Products, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion preferred 
  • Interest or experience in high-end residential market
  • Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and flexibility required
  • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team

Abbreviated Responsibilities:

  • Lead clients through our design process
  • Produce creative and evocative landscape designs for a wide range of clientele
  • Accurately bid and provide estimates of designs 
  • Manage the execution of construction projects, planning labor requirements, equipment requirements and material deliveries and timing to ensure completion of job(s) within project deadlines
Salary and Benefits:

This is a negotiable salaried position with variable compensation based on experience and sales goals. This role is eligible for a 401K with a 4% match and paid time off.
