We have an OUTSTANDING opportunity in our Sterling Heights, MI location for a Creative Marketing Specialist. This person will make KBC Tools, Inc. look and sound amazing, Monday โ€“ Friday (8:30 a.m. - 5p.m.).

What Youโ€™ll Do:

  • Plan and execute initiatives to bring ideas to life across digital and print โ€“ social media, email, flyers, brochures, web, and more.
  • Create eye-catching visuals, scroll-stopping content, and sharp copy thatโ€™s on-brand and on-point.
  • Keep our website and ecommerce platforms fresh and fabulous.
  • Research and keep up to date on current market trends, industry activity, and audience insights to track whatโ€™s working.
  • Maintain our brand across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and wherever else we show up. Monitoring performance and KPIs for open rates, CTR, and conversions to provide ideas for optimization.
  • Help optimize our content for SEO, so we shine in Googleโ€™s spotlight.
  • Team up with marketing, purchasing, and other departments to make magic happen.

What You Bring:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Designโ€”or equivalent work experience that makes us say โ€œWow!โ€
  • 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience.
  • Solid computer skills, including Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office. Bonus if you know Epicor Prophet 21 ERP softwareโ€”if not, weโ€™ll teach you.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with email platforms, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and SEO.
  • A multitasking mindsetโ€”you juggle projects like a pro.
  • Integrity, curiosity, and a healthy appreciation for deadlines.
