Job description

Luxury Brand Marketing & Creative Design Intern

What if your next internship wasn't about supporting a brand, but helping build one the world hasn't discovered yet?

For more than a decade, CB STRAT has partnered with leading public health organizations to improve the way people live, work, and thrive. Drawing on that experience, we created Just Say Les—a luxury lifestyle brand that reimagines everyday cleaning and home fragrance through thoughtfully crafted, plant-based products that are as safe and effective as they are beautiful.

Just Say Les is an emerging luxury lifestyle brand redefining everyday rituals through scent, design, and intentional living. From our signature Home Surface Tonics to our Lux Oil Blends, every product is created to transform ordinary moments into elevated experiences through premium ingredients and sophisticated, signature scents.

We're opening the doors to a rare creative opportunity for a bold marketer who wants a seat at the table during the early stages of a growing brand.

We're looking for someone who thinks in campaigns, understands culture, and sees storytelling as both an art and a strategy. This isn't an internship where you'll simply execute someone else's ideas. You'll help shape how Just Say Les shows up in the world.

If you want your work to influence a brand's voice, visual identity, and growth strategy from the ground up, you may be exactly who we're looking for.

What You'll Do

  • Conceptualize and execute elevated social media campaigns that feel editorial, intentional, and luxury-forward
  • Help define the voice and visual storytelling of an emerging lifestyle brand
  • Create content that inspires engagement, conversation, and brand affinity
  • Design social media graphics, campaign assets, and visual content that reflect the Just Say Les luxury aesthetic
  • Support influencer, media, and strategic partnership outreach
  • Translate cultural trends into thoughtful campaign concepts that drive awareness and desire
  • Contribute ideas for product launches, brand experiences, and community-building initiatives
  • Collaborate directly with company leadership on marketing strategy and creative direction

Who Thrives Here

  • A creative who understands aesthetic storytelling, brand identity, and digital culture
  • Strong experience with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and content planning
  • Someone who sees social media as more than posting—it's about building a narrative people want to be part of
  • A strong eye for design, composition, typography, and visual storytelling
  • Experience creating polished, brand-consistent content that feels elevated and editorial rather than promotional
  • Ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual assets across social media and digital platforms
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar creative tools
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of projects
  • Curious, collaborative, and excited by the energy of an entrepreneurial environment
  • Passionate about luxury brands, lifestyle products, design, fragrance, wellness, or consumer experiences

Why This Experience Is Different

You won't be on the sidelines.

You'll work directly with the founder, contribute ideas that shape real business decisions, and help build a brand from its earliest stages. Expect creative autonomy, honest mentorship, and opportunities to create portfolio-worthy work that reflects both strategy and execution.

You'll have the chance to influence branding, content creation, creative direction, visual storytelling, social strategy, and luxury marketing while helping establish a distinctive voice in the marketplace.

This is not a traditional internship.

This is an opportunity to help build a luxury lifestyle brand from unknown...to unforgettable.
