Precept Wine & Spirits is one of the fastest-growing wine and spirits companies in the United States and the largest privately held wine producer in the Pacific Northwest. Our portfolio includes nationally recognized brands such as Browne Family Vineyards, House Wine, Gruet, Waterbrook Winery, and Canoe Ridge Vineyard.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative graphic design intern to support our in-house creative team. This paid, hybrid internship offers hands-on experience in brand design and packaging for a dynamic portfolio of wine and spirits brands. You will work closely with our Creative Director and designers, contributing to real projects that reach national audiences while developing your professional skills in a collaborative, industry-leading environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Graphic design interns assist in developing marketing collateral, packaging, and visual assets that support brand storytelling across Precept’s portfolio. This role requires collaboration with the creative team and cross-functional partners including marketing and direct-to-consumer to ensure design contributions align with brand guidelines and project objectives. The intern will support both ongoing brand work and new initiatives within our portfolio.

Required Qualifications
  • In-progress Bachelor's or Associate degree with a focus in design or a related field (e.g., Graphic Design, Visual Communications), or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop
  • A portfolio demonstrating foundational design skills, creative thinking, and an eye for typography and composition
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine interest in wine, spirits, or the craft beverage industry is a plus
