Investor Engagement Summer Internship - Early Careers Overview
Ready to make your mark in the world of investments? Spend an unforgettable summer at Invesco alongside a select group of driven students. Our 9-week Summer Internship Program kicks off in June 2027 and offers you the chance to dive into the fast-paced world of investments, learn from industry pros, and build connections that will last a lifetime.
In this internship, you'll get hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, and the inside scoop on what it's really like to work at a global investment firm. As part of a Summer Internship Program cohort, you will have a variety of initiatives to keep you engaged throughout the summer including orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and be a rising Junior graduating by summer of 2028
Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
All majors are welcomed with an emphasis on Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Stats, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business-related field
A demonstrated interest in investments
Must be able to work in one of Invesco's offices where the program is available
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. Invesco will not provide any assistance or sign any documentation in support of any other form of immigration sponsorship or benefit including optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT).
Relocation and housing will not be included if an offer is extended.


Preferred Qualifications
Experience with creative problem solving and analytical thinking
Experience with prioritizing work and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
Prior internship in AI or investment management is preferred but not required
Experience gathering and interpreting market data
Experience using Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Studio and CoWork
Intermediate proficiency with Python, SQL, Power BI, Bloomberg Terminal, R Studio or Excel preferred

Compensation for this position is $40/hr.
