What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

Uncle Julio's is seeking talented Shift Leaders who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and leading others in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll foster a positive culture, motivate team members, and mentor others while driving strong performance. 


What You'll Bring (Requirements):

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience with leadership in the Fast-Casual Restaurant industry, required.
  • High School Diploma or GED, required. Associate's or a bachelor's degree, preferred.
  • Proficiency in POS systems.
  • Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required.
  • Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew.
  • Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
