About the Position Stokes Creative Group, Inc. is actively seeking a full time Business Development & Account Manager to help drive revenue growth, nurture key client relationships, and expand our footprint in the construction, infrastructure, and transportation sectors. If you thrive on building strategic partnerships, managing accounts from prospecting through renewal, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences, we want to hear from you.

Position Overview As a Business Development & Account Manager with Stokes Creative Group, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing client accounts. You will play a critical role in the company's long-term growth by managing the full sales cycle, coordinating proposals and presentations, and serving as a primary point of contact for assigned clients. Key Responsibilities Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities in target markets and sectors.

Develop and execute outreach strategies, including calls, emails, networking, and events, to build a robust pipeline of prospects. Lead or support the development of proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs/RFQs, collaborating with internal marketing and technical teams. Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand upcoming needs, project opportunities, and feedback on services. Track opportunities, activities, and results using CRM and reporting tools for transparency and forecasting. Partner with internal teams to scope work, align expectations, and ensure successful project handoffs and delivery.

Represent Stokes Creative Group, Inc. at industry events, conferences, and professional associations, as needed. Prepare and deliver periodic reports on business development activities, pipeline, and revenue projections.

Adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines, while managing multiple active opportunities simultaneously. Minimum Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in construction, engineering, architecture, or related professional services. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and pipeline goals.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust with decision makers and stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities at once. Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Demonstrated ability to work independently as a proactive self-starter while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams. Comfort interacting directly with clients, including executives and technical professionals. Ability to travel locally/regionally for client meetings and events, as needed.

Compensation & Location Salaried full-time position: compensation commensurate with experience (base salary plus potential performance-based incentives). Primary location: Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, with flexibility for regional travel.
