What You Will Do

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable individual to serve as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager, supporting the Executive Director and managing the administrative staff, and the day-to-day operations of the office. The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and committed to serving with excellence behind the scenes. This role requires someone who can use their God-given gifts in administration, leadership, communication, and organization while supporting leadership and staff across the organization.

Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, discretion, and a servant-hearted approach are essential, as this position regularly interacts with staff, leadership, board members, ministry partners, and the broader community.


You Will:

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director
  • Supervise and provide leadership to administrative staff
  • Collaborate with Finance and Human Resources staff
  • Prepare correspondence, agendas, minutes, and reports for various Chapter meetings
  • Assist the Executive Director with projects, presentations, and fundraising initiatives
  • Oversee committee member and board member records
  • Coordinate registrations for conferences, retreats, and events
  • Arrange office staff meetings and assist with chapter-wide meetings
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and organizational records
  • Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in all responsibilities
  • Foster positive and healthy relationships with SWOYFC leadership and administration
  • Comply with SWOYFC policies, procedures, and risk management requirements
  • Pursue ongoing professional development and training opportunities

Salary

The salary of this position is determined on a scale based on education and experience, and is funded on a missionary basis requiring the development of a ministry partnership team.
