Individual with instructional design background with an emphasis on media creation and graphic design facilities to create an easy to follow manual, facilitator guides and slides. Ideally have Adobe Creative Suite experience.

  • Building out curricula, presentation material.
  • Create stunning visuals.
  • Create resource library.
  • Curriculum design, pre reads, post reads, pulling case studies.
  • Workday learning experience.
  • Healthcare finance background experience required.

Skills:

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Two (2) to three (3) years of experience.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • A solid understanding of design, color and typography principles.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Basic experience with eLearning software (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
  • Competency in Adobe After Effects or other motion graphic software.
  • Experience with 3D graphics applications (Cinema 4D, Maya).

  • Leveraging graphic arts and technical skills, the Creative Designer/Developer is responsible for the design and development of effective print, web, video, and interactive multimedia solutions for training, education, and communication initiatives.
  • Design blended learning solutions using a variety of techniques and media assets.
  • In partnership with senior staff, design, develop, and implement advanced learning projects that provide performance/accomplishment based skills training.
  • Produce deliverables for instructor led training, traditional eLearning, mobile and web based education.
  • Photography and photo editing.
  • Equipment setup and maintenance, production, post-production, and archiving.
  • Audio and video production and post-production.
  • Assist Subject Matter Expert (SME) with storyboard development, participate in production on-site and organize storage of assets.
  • Author motion graphics, using artwork and advanced design adaptation for all types of multimedia communication and education.
  • Under the direction of senior staff complete post-production process for final deliverables.
  • Create designs for various print and online materials.
  • Conceptualize and develop innovative designs that adhere to brand and departmental standards.
  • Produce 2D and 3D animations for communication and education.
  • Draft initial graphic concepts through to final deliverables.
  • Develop interface and responsive design wireframes and mockups.
  • Use SharePoint and other content management systems to launch/deploy designs.
