This is a key contributor role in our drive to create best-in-industry content across social media, paid social, display advertising, on-site, rep training platforms, and beyond.

You bring a strong point of view on what great content looks like. You're a tastemaker. You're naturally curious about emerging platforms, formats, and technologies, including AI-powered content tools, and you're always experimenting with new ways to tell stories and drive engagement.

You'll collaborate closely with our creative, digital marketing, brand, and product marketing teammates and report to the Associate Creative Director, Photo amp; Video.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation amp; Storytelling
  • Lead the ideation and production of compelling photo, video, and mixed-media content across social media, paid social, display ads, on-site pages, product launch campaigns, installation videos, and training content.
  • Bring a tastemaker's perspective — champion creative excellence and push the work to be scroll-stopping, share-worthy, and brand-right.
  • Develop strong narrative arcs and storytelling frameworks that connect consumers emotionally with our products and brands.
  • Stay ahead of content trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms — and proactively bring fresh ideas and formats to the team.
  • Explore and integrate AI-powered content tools and technologies to innovate, scale, and elevate our content capabilities.
Production amp; Execution
  • Shoot and edit high-quality photo and video content with a keen eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
  • Build and maintain a roster of on-screen talent and collaborators to bring productions to life.
  • Ensure all content is polished, on-brand, and optimized for each platform and format.
Performance amp; Continuous Improvement
  • Track engagement metrics, views, and performance data on prior work — and use those insights to sharpen future content.
  • Regularly review and iterate on content with the Associate Creative Director to continuously raise the creative bar.
  • Champion a test-and-learn mindset: always experimenting with new hooks, formats, and storytelling techniques.
Collaboration amp; Brand Consistency
  • Partner closely with digital marketing, brand and product marketing teams, and channel partners to translate business goals into standout creative.
  • Shoot consistently within established brand styles across both ZAGG and mophie brands.
  • Work with project managers to meet deadlines and manage multiple concurrent projects with ease.
What You Bring Required
  • 5+ years of experience as a content creator, ideally in-house at a product or consumer brand.
