Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 3 days/week in-office)

The Opportunity

Our client is a pioneer in the health-tech industry, utilizing AI to fundamentally transform the patient experience. After a landmark year featuring 20x revenue growth and managing over 100M patient interactions, they are ready to scale their most critical pipeline channel.

As the first Field Marketing hire, you will be a "zero-to-one" builder. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will have the autonomy to design a national strategy, manage a multi-million dollar budget, and hire a distributed team from the ground up.


What You'll Do
  • Strategy & Architecture: Design and operationalize a scalable field marketing strategy aligned with sales territories and aggressive pipeline goals.

  • Team Leadership: Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing, distributed team of regional field marketers to execute 100+ events annually.

  • Creative Vision: Own the end-to-end experience design for all events, creating differentiated formats specifically for executive-level audiences.

  • Budget & ROI: Direct a multi-million dollar budget, maintaining strict cost controls and sophisticated ROI reporting.

  • Sales Synergy: Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Business Development, and Provider Success to ensure seamless pre-event outreach and post-event conversion.


What You Bring
  • The Experience: 6–10 years in B2B SaaS Field and Events Marketing, specifically within high-growth startup environments.

  • The "Builder" Mindset: A proven track record of building field marketing programs from scratch (0-to-1) or successfully transforming legacy programs.

  • Scale: Experience managing 50+ events annually with a direct, measurable impact on pipeline.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated success in hiring and managing a distributed marketing team.

  • Analytical Rigor: Deep fluency in pipeline metrics (sourced vs. influenced, CPO) and the ability to point to specific numbers (e.g., "$XM sourced in Q3").
