We are seeking an Account Manager to join our independent sales team as part of our Wine & Spirits Channel. We are looking for a team player with a background in the adult beverage industry. In this role you will work with independent liquor, beer, and wine stores throughout the US, striving to understand each customer's unique needs and driving strong sales of our products.
This role will help with all duties and projects that come under the responsibility of the sales department. This role reports to the Sales Channel Director and works closely with other Account Managers, as well as our Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, fast-learning, highly organized, and loves to speak to customers on the phone. This candidate would have an interest in pursuing a career in Sales and customer relationship management, with the potential to grow into a more advanced position in the company.
This is a full time in-person role working from our brand new sales office in Greenfield, Indiana.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Team Huddles with Channel Director
  • Outbound / Inbound calls and emails
  • Order entry and processing (email, phone and web)
  • RMA resolution (returns, damages, replacements, credits)
  • Document requests (Invoices, Sales Order, Credit Memos etc.)
  • Customer database review and outreach scheduling
  • Assistance as needed with general inbound phones and customer service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers in the channel
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & revenue targets
  • Act as a brand ambassador for True Brands, ensuring that customers are aware of our brand and product offerings
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
Salary:
  • Base Salary: $45,000 - $50,000
